About Woman2Warrior

W2W

We know there is a warrior in the heart of every woman. She is STRONG, DETERMINED, and POWERFUL. The Woman2Warrior course is not timed and covers 5 km of trails, track, and grass in and around Burnaby Central Park and Swangard Stadium. It will incorporate approximately 12 obstacles (challanges) to test your strength, agility, balance, and sense of adventure. As a warrior you should prepared to life, climb, crawl, jump, walk/run, and possibly get a little wet and dirty. We want all our warriors to feel comfortable participating. There will be lots of volunteers on course to provide support, encouragement, and assistance if needed. Warriors remember, this is a obstacle challenge, and we encourage you to get outside your comfort zone, but if you’re just not up for an obstacle, skip it altogether. We’re not going to tell!
